From CP by pub follow path around lake in a clockwise direction, after weir T/L at F, at Simpson Rd T/L, X BR, X Rd to path along side of river (keep river on right all the way to willen), follow path under BR, at RW T/L, at J T/R onto path, follow path under 4 more BR's, at Willen lake circuit lake in any direction to Wayfarer pub.

Facing pub T/R, T/L at F, around mini bowl, at J T/L towards Newlands, under BR, up hill, X canal, at head sculpture T/L onto MCR/SR6, at T T/L, X BR, T/R, follow path alongside canal, under 2 BR's, at T T/L away from canal BR, T/R at F, X estate Rd, at T (woughton on the green) T/L, T T/R (ye olde swan), T/L by sports ground, under DC, at T T/R, after farm T/R under BR, T/L, T/R into hamner road, after church T/L into Simpson Rd, X river BR, T/R onto path anti-clock around lake back to CP.

Start at MK Station, this Route is 90% on Traffic Free Paths.

From station Sq take path over BR on left of Station, T T/L, follow path down hill,under BR, past Teardrop lakes, under BR, around MK Bowl, through gates, T/R X A5 BR, down hill, X foot BR, after cricket pavillion T/L, after BR T/R, stay on path under 2 BR's, T/L up hill, under BR, T T/R, cycle around golf course T/L, X Buckingham Rd onto track, X Newton Rd, down hill (caution needed at bottom loose surface), through 2 gates by house, T T/L, over Railway BR, X Rd onto track, St over J, past old station, St over J, through gate onto track, through 2 more gates past bungalow, at Rd T/R onto roadside path, T/R away from Rd, X RD, follow path alongside housing estate, T/L onto estate Rd, J T/R, T/L into CP, l past hall, through 2nd CP, T/R ,at J T/L onto Winslow High St.

Café's, pub's, shops, market, ect'.

From Haversham rd CP T/L under railway viaduct, J T/R X BR, follow river path, past bridge (this BR will take you to Ccastlethorpe & Northampton SR6), keep river on right, under canal aquaduct, at Wolverton Mill T/L, ST X Stratford Rd, follow path through trees, past lake, T T/L onto RW, through ind est, T/L along H1 Ridgeway, T/L under V5, T/R, T T/L, at Wolverton pool T/R, past playing fields, ST over J, past cemetry alongside Rd, X Rd, follow RW around to left H2 Millars way, T T/R past under pass, past museum, X Rd, after BR T/R, down hill through estate, over BR T/R onto SR6, T T/R under 2 BR, T T/L F T/R, X Newport Rd into Riverside park, follow SR6 signs back to CP.
