Maggots.

My green wheelie bin is full of maggots and they are crawling on the outside too. I use a compostable liner, the bin is emptied weekly and I also use a bin cleaning company regularly. I appreciate that food waste is going to attract them but I have spoken to other bin users and they dont seem to be having this problem. What can I do to reduce their presence? They are making me feel quite ill. Thanks.
