There were at least four of them at the Bowl on Saturday, watching thousands of people misbehaving themselves by dropping tons of litter all over the place. With a great big horse box in the background.

How much do they cost in these credit crunch times? If we got rid of this pretend cavalry would anyone care, when we are looking to reduce public spending, especially where the police are concerned?
